Intermittent Internet Drops

I need some help with my home internet. I keep getting brief internet drops. Its short 5-10 second windows of total internet loss. I downloaded ping plotter and its showing little 100% packet loss windows a couple times an hour. I also checked the event logs on my router and its showing critical errors "Missing Required Option 82" and "Missing Required Option 84". The drops happen simultaneously on my phone that is connected wirelessly and computer that is hardlined to the router.
