intermittent drop off (5-10s) with Webex

Hello,

I've been working from home the past couple days and noticing that I'm getting intermittent drop off (5-10s) when connected to my corporate Webex connection.  This makes video conferencing very difficult.  Can you please check the signals to my premises for my 2Gbps connection.

First. Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, as a test, does a computer that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?

With this test, we are trying to isolate this down to being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system which would of course affect both. It's a good first step in troubleshooting before proceeding any further.

I'm directly connected to my UniFi router with a 10G ethernet connection.  I've actually seen this issue with both my Mac Studio (ethernet) and iPhone (WiFi).  Speed test on my router is at 1.7 Gbps down/320 Mbps up
