Intermittent Connectivity

For the past three months, my internet goes in and out multiple times per day-usually between 5-10 pm (both hardwire and Wi-Fi connections)My modem gets good signal, a technician changed the coax cable on the inside of my house, and I continue to have the same issue. What else can be done for resolve this? I work from home and require a stable connection. I contacted Xfinity and it is difficult for them to schedule a technician to my home. Please help!

I have the same problem. Works great when working. Drops out and internet speed test shows 1mbps speed, lasts a couple minutes then comes back. Happens with both wired and wifi, so it isn't wifi related. Last evening (July 22, 2023) it dropped out multiple times an hour.

This started some months ago but was occasional. Now it is happening far more frequently.

@user_c67c33

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue. Thanks.

For future reference, it is better to submit your own separate post as it creates a ticket to get help, and posting on someone else's thread can delay getting help.
