increased date usage.
In the last couple months my data has increased 200-300 GB. Nothing has changed at my end. I see many others having this same problem and want to know what is going on. I dont want to be charged for overages when im not doing anything to cause this. My August usage was like 650 GB.

Hi, @Curly1, I know it can be concerning about data charges. To look into the specific data plans in your area we will need to be in a DM. Things that you may not realize increase data usage is if you are streaing in 4K where you had not before. That's a simple change that might not be noticed. We can look into this though and see what we can find out for you. Keep in mind if you have our xFi gateway (modem) you can use our Xfinity app (formerly xFi app) to check on the devices that are using the data and see what's going on, on your end from your phone. It's a super user friendly app.
