Incorrect time on computer

My home network continues to change my laptop to Central Time Zone (I live in Mountain Time Zone).  I’ll go into settings and change it but eventually it reverts back to Central.

When I’m connected to other WiFi networks the laptop corrects the time zone and puts me in Mountain.  But as soon as I get back onto my home network it flips me back to Central.

chuckc1 Good morning! Thank you for reaching out for our Community Forums Team for assistance with the time on your device. I can see how having your device time change would be frustrating. I'm happy to help you get this figured out. May I ask if this is happening on other devices that are connecting to your network?

No, it seems like this is the only device it’s happening on.

@chuckc1 Can you try disabling the "Set time zone automatically" option in your laptop's settings?

When I go to START/SETTINGS/TIME&LANGUAGE, I don’t see a setting of “set the time zone automatically”.  All I see is “Adjust clock for daylight savings time automatically

”.

chuckc1 Can you please give the following steps a try, an let me know the results:

Right-click Start, and click Run.
Type services.msc and click OK.
Double-click the “Auto Time Zone Updater” service
Set the service start type to “Disabled.”
Exit the Services console.
Once disabled, the manual time zone dropdown control should enabled automatically.

... I don’t see a setting of “set the time zone automatically” ...

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/shell-experience/cannot-set-timezone-automatically says:

Non-administrator users cannot change or interact with the Set time zone automatically setting. The setting is either not visible or is "greyed out" in the Settings app.

The article goes on to list several ways to restore the setting.
