Inconsistent ping times out of Seattle
I play a lot of games and have some troubles with my ping going from an average of around 45 to upwards of averaging 60 to the same location as well as I get some packet loss and this is all through an ethernet connection. Running winMTR tests I usually see the ping spikes start around the Seattle backbones and they get up to 100+. Is this possibly due to congestion or just a common thing in Washington? It seems to happen throughout the majority of the day.

Hello @Ragnarok346! Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Xfinity family. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. I'd also be frustrated if my internet services weren't working properly. Especially now when so much needs to be done from home with a stable internet connection. Are you still having issues?
