Inconsistent internet connection
My internet has been quite poor even since initial install, I have run through every step of the Xfinity app to troubleshoot even going as far as to factory reset my PC and ensure all internet drivers are current. I have tried wired and wireless, I have tried multiple cables, the issue of consistently dropping connection affects both games (all) and streaming/browsing. The Xfinity app continues to assure me that my internet works flawlessly and refuses to give me any sort of phone number/email address to contact an actual person to my utmost infuriation. Below are some ping tests conducted through the command prompt. I am at my wits end with this constant issue and if I cant get an actual human being/subject matter expert soon I am swapping ISPs.

If you want to look at it yourself, start here: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/internet-troubleshooting-tips/602dae4ac5375f08cde52ea0
If you want to, log into the modem/gateway and post the signal tables and error logs here. If you post logs, you have to redact MAC addresses (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MAC_address) or the forum bot will mark your post private.
You want the signals to be in spec, or close to it to have a chance of it working correctly, and might give an indication of what to look for. Wiring/connector/splitter issues are common. You may be able to solve problems on your own and save time and $100 on the service call.

Yeah. That's an Xfinity security problem they set you up for with with MoCA and your neighbors devices connecting to your network, and you connecting to theirs unintentionally. You need an MoCA point of entry filter to isolated your network. MoCA is Ethernet over coax. It has no security in the version Xfinity uses.

Xfinity can mark my response private since it's their board, but you don't need a technician. Fix this issue immediately yourself.
You and your neighbors have an ad-hoc network due to an Xfinity security problem. Perhaps you saw the replay, it still holds true. This problem comes with legal ramifications to you personally if one of your neighbors is doing something illicit.
It should not be possible for your neighbors or for you to control your neighbor's critical infrastructure. If you can, you have a major security breach. Is this the cause of your wonky networking? Likely so.
