in the last week my tv channels pixelate, my upload speed has dropped significantly, and my XB8 Gateway occasionally loses connection.

Every since an outage in my area on July 28th 2026,  my tv channels pixelate, my upload speed has dropped significantly, and my XB8 Gateway occasionally loses connection for a second.

I have been on the phone with people that don’t have a clue for the past two days. Yesterday they rebooted my gateway and the upload speed seems good, but my tv is still pixelating on certain channels.

Thanks for letting us know, @lewzinit1. Glad to hear the upload speed seems to be back! Sorry to hear about the pixelation. Do you have more than one TV Box? If so, is it happening on all of them? Does it also occur when streaming, either with the Stream app or online with the stream portal?
