I'm not getting the speed I'm paying for

Every other day my modem slows down to a crawl at 47mpps Even though I pay for 1000mbps.

How can Xfinity get away with this? Do we need a class action suit?

The problem still exists and nobody from Xfinity has reached out to me. I have been getting less than 1/10th the speed I'm paying for. I pay for 1000mbps but I'm getting 90 mbps.

This has been going on now for 3 months. At what point is Xfinity going to credit me for the service I'm not getting and fix the speed?

Please advise.
