id and password change
I changed to a new modem and now I have to change the id and the pass, about 3 months ago xfinity asked me that I had to include special uppercase characters and numbers with more than 8 digits now I am surprised that you cannot put special characters I have to change the id and the pass to all my devices in the house with 8 computers and other equipment that work with wifi

Now I have another question, I have to return the old modem that I removed to install a new one, when I enter the return page the modem does not appear with its serial number or mac number, I need to generate a label to return that old modem, does anyone know what should i do???
