Good morning @user_v7cbcw, thanks for using the Xfinity Forums, and thanks to @EG for moving the post so that it would get seen, I hope you are both having a great day! Bridge mode is a setting you would use if you were using a separate router, instead of the built-in Wi-Fi on the Xfinity gateway. The device you are trying to set up however, is a Wi-Fi extender as opposed to a separate router, correct?
Are you using the built-in Wi-Fi from the Xfinity gateway, and using the eero to try and boost that Wi-Fi?

For best performance and to avoid double NAT, be sure to put the Comcast gateway device into bridge mode so that it acts only as a plain vanilla cable modem and let the Eero(s) handle the routing, the WiFi, and the extending if you are using more than one.

If you have just the extenders(pods) and the Eero extender base, you can use these without putting the Xfinity Gateway into Bridge Mode. The only time you would use Bridge modem is if you're linking another modem via ethernet(yellow) cable from the Gateway to another router/modem. From what I know of Eeros devices, these use Wi-Fi to talk with the Xfinity gateway, so Bridge Mode isn't needed.

If you are using a Comcast rented combination modem / router gateway device, you need to put it into bridge mode. Here's how;
