I pay or 100Mbps... this is what I actually get from Comcast

1.5mbps... yep. 

I hate being a part of this company's horrorshow service but when you're a monopolist, you can get away with charging people money for 100mbps and then giving them literally 10% of what they paid for. Hopefully the day will come when this company gets obliterated by a competitor (or a Congressional investigation, godwilling), but for now I'm stuck.
