I have zero services, TV, phone Nor internet
My problem is that the coax outside, either on the pole at the node or the line coming from the pole to my house. I know this because it only happens when it gets below 30°F. I had a technician come out Dec 26, he checked the signal coming into the house after I explained the issue to him. We’ve had Comcast/ Xfinity for 16 years, I’ve had the gateway replaced 14 times, then earlier this year we had another problem with a gateway so I decided to buy a new one myself. One year we had a new buried line replaced, the pole crew one time (years ago) had to replace a bad connection in the node and coming from the pole. I’ve had so many service calls and troubleshooting issues I am very close to being a technician myself.
Back to my issue, the technician said he would put in a ticket to have a pole truck come out here. Since then the weather had been 32°F or better, so I wasn’t too concerned about when they would come out. But from about 1:00am my service went out AGAIN. I called the customer support and the person I spoke to didn’t seem too concerned, he didn’t see a new ticket for a pole truck so he scheduled for another ordinary tech to come back out. This wastes Xfinity’s money, the technicians time and leaves my issue unresolved for days. Gee, he gave us a whole -$30 credit. Why can’t someone simply send a pole crew here since the technician knew what I was telling him was correct, and he agreed I was right about the problem being outside my house?
To make matters worse, we live in a rural area and our cell service [Edited: Language] in the house. I have to sit outside in 27° weather just to send this, we’re also expecting a snow storm. So we have no TV, no internet and are expected to just deal with it! While paying 300+ a month for service!

Looks like I found the problem. How hard would it be to get a tech over here for 10 minutes of time?
