I have internet through ethernet but no wifi

I found an exact thread with my problem but the difference is I have no devices on the wifi to access the router settings. my PC is on the ethernet and will not allow me to access the router settings to turn WI-FI back on

Update: I have gotten access into my gateway settings via pc and turned Wi-Fi 2.4 ghz from disable to enabled. It appears all of the firewall settings have been reset. Does anyone have the recommended or default settings, so I can change them back to normal

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
