How to debug skyrocketing monthly data usage?
I am trying to figure out why my monthly data usage suddenly jumped by 6X last month, and is continuing through this month.
My average monthly usage Oct 2025 - Jul 2026 was 395 GB. August 2026 it jumped to 2,356 GB. It has continued at that rate through September.
What tools are there to help me figure out what is going on?

Hello @user_mnc81b, and thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums!
While @BruceW is correct and we do not offer any 'granular' tools to see where your usage is occuring specifically, there are many tools available third party that might allow you to do this. You may want to do some additional research on the subject online.
