How to Connect New Gateway
Greetings,
I just received a new gateway from comcast. To connect, the instructions say download an app to your cellphone and use the app to connect the gateway.
I don't want to install any apps on my cellphone. Is there another method to connect this gateway without having to install an app on your cellphone?

In order for us to assist you with getting that modem activated, please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Greetings,
When I login to comcast account, there's a message that says the following:
"There's an order that is being processed"
"You'll have limited options to change this order"
I ordered a new gateway and nothing else. I hooked up the new gateway today, it's connected and up-and-running yet this message is still there.
What does this message mean?
