How to change our public facing WAN static IP Address?
Our public facing WAN IP address somehow got on a couple online blacklists and now it is a nightmare working with our domain provider because they won't let us login from our xfinity account. We have to use our cell phone hotspot each time. We have called Xfinity support countless times and that was like asking the kid working at Mc Donald's the same question, not one tech even knew what a public facing static IP was, sad...
Does anyone know or has been successful in changing their WAN IP address?

If it's a Comcast rental device, they do not provide a way to change the public IP address, and they won't change it for you, so you'd have to:
If you own the equipment, look for a router "clone MAC" or similar option.
ETA: Your Subject line says "WAN static IP Address". Comcast's residential IP addresses are not static, they are dynamic. Although they can change at any time, they typically don't change for long periods, perhaps years, unless the user changes their router or gateway (the public IP is linked to the MAC address of these devices).
Also, as tweak147 points out, using a VPN is another way to present a different public IP. Your IP won't actually change, but systems you connect to will see the IP provided by the VPN rather than your actual public IP.

You could also use a VPN (Virtual Private Network). Your IP is then broadcast through the VPN and will appear differently.

Hi, @user_fb4667. Do you have a business account or residential? Residential does not have static and residential IP can only possibly be changed with a modem swap. Business you can call in to change it.
