Home Internet usage doubled in March, even though we were traveling for 1/3 of the month?
Last month (March 2024), our Internet usage increased dramatically and we started getting notifications that we were nearing the 1.2TB limit. However, we were traveling for 10 days of the month, and for the other 21 days were using internet and tv as we have for the last few years. Why did our internet usage go up so much? Did Comcast change the way they measure it? Is there a tool or way to determine what device is using it? (tv versus computer versus phones/other?) There has been a lot of work going on in our neighborhood recently by Comcast, and we have also seen a significant speed reduction (from ~600 MB download speeds to around 50MB)

The speed decrease is a concern. I would bet someone has stealed your wifi password and is using it to stream and thats why you are slowing down.
