Home internet not working

When I try to connect to my internet, it says internet not available

Hello @user_okryqn, and thank you for posting your concern on our Xfinity Community forums.  We're here to help! 😀

Have you tried troubleshooting your internet issue using the Xfinity App?  

Sign into the App using your Xfinity Primary ID and Password, click on the Wi-Fi tab and select Troubleshoot. 

The app will notify you if you are experiencing a service interruption and it will run tests on your connection and even try to reset your Gateway if it detects issues.  (It can even schedule a technician to come take a look at the issue if needed.)
