Hitron coda56 modem - not getting full speeds after extensive troubleshooting

Hitron coda56 modem. Only getting 700 to 750 MB per second download speeds and no more than 50 megabits per second upload speeds. Should be getting 1,000 down and 300 up. I've had a text come out to the house already and confirm no interior or exterior cabling issues. I've also tried the Xfinity Gateway instead of this modem and there is the same issue. After extensive troubleshooting and process of elimination, the only thing left seems to be on Xfinity side, or despite having the same issue with the Xfinity gateway, something with the modem given the issues reporter with other users on this forum with this modem not getting full speeds. Please help

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
