High ping on Xbox

I connected my my Xbox to the router and also did port forward. I’m still having high ping issues need help solving this issue

user_zqqbyz Thanks for letting us know. Sometimes our customers will put our modem into bridge mode and connect their personal routers, so thanks for clearing that up. Have you tried restarting the modem by unplugging in for 30 seconds and plugging it back in?

Have you tried connecting directly to the modem instead or the router to see if that makes a difference?

Well I mean I have the XB8 the one that xfinity offers it’s a combination
