High Packet Loss/ Intermittent Disconnects
I've read through at least five posts from two years ago about this ongoing issue so I figured I'd seek some answers. I'm experiencing severe issues gaming wherein my ping will spike from the 20s to over 200 to sometimes of 1000ms. My download speeds are fine, actually going over what I pay for on tests. A ping plotter test revealed that my packet loss percentage is consistently high. This makes gaming, Zoom, and even logging into my banking apps extremely difficult if not impossible. Frankly, I'm considering switching providers since this has been a problem since I purchased my plan almost a year ago.
I'm more than happy to provide more stats and tests but I'll need some instruction as I'm not the most tech savvy.

Hello @vcroberson!Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Xfinity family. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. I'd also be frustrated if my internet services weren't working properly. Have you run trace routes yet? If so what are they looking like?
