High Latency intermittent internet outages lost packets
My internet connection is not stable all of a sudden. It works for a few minutes, drops out, then works, then drops out. Internet stability tests show every other ping above 1000 ms and some failures scattered within. Xfinity Assistant and chat agents and phone techs in india say there is no issue after restarting the modem 3 times, but tracer routes fail at the local xfinity gateway beyond my condo unit and building. I cannot get anyone to look into these failures short of send a tech to my house in 3 days.
There has to be a better way to report these issues and xfinity to test them.

agent has hung up on me 3 times and I cannot speak to anyone that understand this issue, this is very frustrating, I am going to cancel my subscription very shortly

so the local technicians finally decided to check at the remote node facility and fixed it, but there needs to be a way for that to happen without someone coming to my house.
