Hello, @bontix77 the link @EG provided is very helpful and can help resolve your high jitter issue. Can you provide more details about how your network is set up? For example, what game and console are you playing? Are using an ethernet connection instead of WiFi to avoid interference?

It affects all my devices. Phone meta quest and Linux PC. Is just evident in my meta queste since I need fast ping for shooter games.

How is your speed @bontix77? Have you run a speed test on your connection and checked the signal levels? Are those devices in heavy usage while you're on the Meta Quest?

352 Mbps. Usually when I use the meta no other device is transferring. Maybe one TV streaming YouTube videos nothing else. Signal is max. I'm 2 feet from the router.

@bontix77 I'd like to check and see if I detect any issues on our end. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.

What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1or  here http://10.0.0.1

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem / gateway device ?
