High jitter / Latency issues while playing GPS games online
I got xfinity installed in Feb and in June I started having issues with internet while I have been playing online competitive games like Counterstrike 2 I have been facing constant lag and jitter issues everytime and everyday.
Been playing on wifi since day 1 and didn't have any issues before no changes were made to surroundings or connection.
Because of that I have been playing on my Phone Tmobile Hotspot which doesn't give me the issues I experience on Xfinity.
2 weeks ago, a technician also came checked the line and router which were fine but still the problem hasn't been fixed.
If this goes on, I might have to switch my provider.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Issue has been resolved I had to change my PC's network band roaming to lowest so it sticks to 1 frquemcy example like 5 Ghz and also I had to get my router replaced with a new one.
From Xfinity Agent:
Competitive games like CS2 lag on Wi-Fi due to background scanning. Windows periodically pauses your connection for a split second to scan for nearby networks, causing sudden spikes in jitter. To help prevent your Wi-Fi connection from dropping packets or lagging to save power, follow these quick steps: Open Device Manager and expand Network Adapters. Right-click your Wi-Fi / Wireless adapter (usually named Intel, Realtek, or MediaTek Wi-Fi) and select Properties. Go to the Advanced tab, look for MIMO Power Save Mode, and change it to No SMPS (or "Static"). This keeps all your Wi-Fi antennas fully awake and alert while you are gaming. Look for Transmit Power and ensure it is set to Highest or 5. Maximum so your PC always pulls the strongest possible signal from your router. If you see a Power Management tab at the top of that properties window, click it and uncheck the box that says "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power." For Ethernet: Open Device Manager and expand Network Adapters. Right-click your Ethernet controller and select Properties, then go to the Advanced tab. Look for and disable Energy-Efficient Ethernet, Green Ethernet, and all Large Send Offload (LSO) options. Test your game, let me know if you notice any improvement in your game's responsiveness after toggling these options.
Note: Taking a quick screenshot before making any changes is always a smart and helpful option. It gives you a perfect safety net, so you can easily restore your original settings if you want, without having to memorize the default values. Realtek names its performance settings a bit differently, click on Roaming Aggressiveness in that property list and change the value on the right to 1. Lowest or Disabled. Making this adjustment stops your Realtek card from constantly pausing your gameplay to scan the airwaves for a better signal while you play, which helps stabilize your connection and reduces sudden spikes in jitter.
