It's not hidden, your device will choose which network its best for it based on preference and distance. You can rename the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz in the modem settings. you can get there by putting (http://10.0.0.1) in your browser.
If you are talking about that you see a broadcast name / SSID named "Hidden", That is an additional network name that the Comcast supplied gateway devices also broadcast. It is used for interfacing with the Comcast home security systems.
