My connection turns on and off during the test and ultimately, it says cannot open page because because it umed out. I've rebooted uptteen times and got a perfect signal for about 30 minutes. Then back to the same on/off problem. Happens on every device here (roughly 5-6 at a time). We pay for the fastest service and along with 2 extenders.
We have followed as many troubleshooting options as we can. The gateway is in a media cabinet (installed by Xfinity) so it's next to a/v boxes, but it's always been that way without issue. According to xfinity’s online feedback everythingLooks fine on their end (as reiterated by a customer service agent.)
