Help with my service

I had internet service and about 4 days ago they disconnected my service, because of the service being disconnected and no one willing to help me get on a payment plan I have been suspended from my job and my lose it if I can’t get my service back on

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Ok what can you do the account is on a hard disconnect and it say my address is no longer service able until the balance is paid, I was bill for Now Tv in which I never signed up for and have been billed $20 for 5 months

u/user_a2iln1 Great question, we recommend paying the past due balance in order to restore service. If an account has been disconnected for non payment, that means the account has already been late, it has also passed the grace period for being late without any fees, has continued to pass into the next cycle with late fees, and has broken or gone beyond any payment arrangements without a payment. NOW TV is a separate service with its own support system. We recommend reaching out to NOW TV for help with questions or concerns. I found all the options to submit a payment for you here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-your-bill-echat.
