Help reaching two websites that have been blocked

I am unable to reach two websites since my new Xfinity modem/router was installed.  One is a financial site and the other my Phone company.  I have sent two on line troubleshoot requests with no response.

Since the issue started after the new modem/router was installed, it’s possible that a security setting (like Advanced Security or Protected Browsing) is blocking those sites. Here’s what you can try:

  1. Log in to the Xfinity app

  2. Tap WiFi, then View WiFi Equipment

  3. Select your modem and scroll to Advanced Security

  4. If it’s on, try turning it off temporarily and check if you can access the sites

Also, clearing your browser’s cache or trying another browser can help rule out local issues.

@XfinityAirelle​ Still unable to sign on.  The only way to the website is to shut off wi-fi and use cellular carrier on my I phone

Perhaps the outputs of traceroutes to those sites will reveal where the blockages are occurring.
