Hacking Issues

Hello - My xfinity home wifi has been hacked into by my neighbors continuously for the past 6 years and no matter what I do like changing routers, changing router admin password often, and making wifi network hidden is reoslving the issue. I know they are hacking based on the information they reveal to me by shouting through the apartment walls and floors. I live in an apartment building. What else can I do to prevent wifi hacking?

@sachin_s_idc  Thank you for reporting this to us. I'm sorry your neighbor is hacking your account. We never want any of our customers to go through this. Our security team will get to the bottom of this. I have a link to share which has the contact number, email address and how to report internet abuse https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse.

I am happy to follow up with you to see how the call goes.

No I have not been able to yet. But I did get an xfinity technician to my home and he installed a new router which he said is the most upgraded and latest secure model. He also said no one can hack into that sort of router but I am not convinced yet. Only time will tell.
