It was removed because Forum security processing considers MAC addresses "personal information" and removes images where these are present. Be sure to remove or blot out any MAC addresses before posting any image containing them.
Your signal levels and SNR values in that snapshot are good, but there are other signals that the modem does not report and can only be read at Comcast, and/or the problem may be intermittent. The error log suggests that there is a problem with the connection to Comcast's network.
If you want to troubleshoot this yourself, please see Internet Troubleshooting Tips.
If you can't find the problem or you'd rather have Comcast take care of it and an employee does not respond to your message here, call them at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or use one of the options on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/. It's not likely they can fix the problem remotely. If not, insist they send a tech out to identify the cause and correct it.
If the tech finds bad coax, splitters, amplifiers, or connections in your home (even if Comcast originally supplied them) you'll probably have to pay for the visit ($70-$100) unless you have their Service Protection Plan ( https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/service-protection-plan, closed to customers that don't already have it). If the trouble is due to a faulty Comcast rental device or anything outside your home you shouldn't be charged.

Your post with that pic of the error log entries was marked as being "Private" by the forum software because it contains CM MAC and the CMTS MAC addresses. They are considered to be personal information. The posting of personally identifiable information is a violation of their forum guidelines. Please delete that pic only.
What you can do instead is to copy and paste all of the text (instead of using an image) but you'll need to redact all of the CM MAC and CMTS MAC addresses. The forum bot will not allow your post to be seen publically.

Here is a correct event log.
At the beginning of the year, the cable to my house was replaced, so I would think that is not the cause
Been working fine, then in the last couple of weeks there have been a lot of dropout in the internet. I only have internet, no cable TV

More communication errors. The problem may be local, or further upstream, but there is a problem. The advice in my earlier message still applies. If you can't find the cause you'll need help from Comcast.
