Getting 0.00% of plan.

I am constantly having issue with the connection of my internet. It’s almost daily that I am running a test on my connection and it states that I am receiving 0% of my speed. I have the 1.2Gbps Gigabit extra with the xFi Gateway. Do I need to change anything in regards to equipment or anything extra I need? We have 2 ps5s in the house that usually always connected but I feel like with my plan that shouldn’t be a problem.
