Gateway turns off and Storm Ready
We’ve had XFinity internet and TV for three weeks now and the internet randomly turns off and our storm ready turns on. I check for outages and there are none. I have also restarted the Xfinity Modem and Gateway Device several times. At this point for what we pay for it we are going to drop our service if this is the internet we get so any help is greatly appreciated so we don’t have to!
