Gateway Power Light Not On
I have the newest Xfinity gateway (white), and until a few days ago, there was always a white LED light on the top front of the device.
I just noticed that it is no longer lit. I still have full Internet access and everything seems to be working properly.
Does anybody know if this is a problem that needs to be addressed?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
