Frustrating WiFi Problems for Weeks

My home WiFi has become extremely slow lately. It occasionally connects to my laptop and manages to load tabs, but it hasn’t been working at all with my TV. This issue has been ongoing for a few weeks now and it's getting really frustrating. I’ve tried basic troubleshooting like restarting the router, but it hasn’t helped. Any suggestions?

We've been having the same issues. Its ridiculous to charge so much, for dial up internet and false advertise, that it's 10 gigs. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] We're canceling and switching to t-mobile. Ive got friends and family who have them and talk about fast speed and reliability,  blows xfinity out the water. Its atrocious, how they can advertise and lie so much and get away with it. We should have a class action lawsuit for this, it's unbelievable and customer service is non existent, no one to help you cause no one knows what to do.

Hello, @user_0tepe0 sorry to hear your Wi-Fi is extremely slow. We have a helpful troubleshooting support page here that can help with determining why your connection is slow. Have you run a speed test https://speedtest.xfinity.com/ to see how slow your connection has gotten? What speed plan are you on and how many devices are on your network? Too many devices can cause a slow-down in speed.
