Frequent service disconnections

I am experiencing frequent internet disruptions. In the past month my internet has been out on 5 separate days making working from home extremely challenging. It is very difficult to speak to an agent due to the automated phone system and there is no way to contact customer support via email. Once i reach an agent they are unhelpful and can only apologize and offer insultingly low credits on my bill. I may need to switch to Verizon because this is affecting my work.

Oh gosh, I"m sorry to hear that you've had issues with your service and I know how frustrating that can be. Does this happen when you're connected wirelessly or wired into the modem? And does it appear to be random? Or is it happening at the same time everyday?
