Frequent Remote Work Outages

I work remotely from home,and the internet service provided by Xfinity is totally unreliable! In addition, there is no advance notification when service may be disrupted for routine maintenance, or when an outage occurs unexpectedly. Customer service is a joke and a waste of time, especially when you’re in the middle of a business call, dealing with company clients. Comcast management needs to get their act together and figure these issues out! Very poorly managed and lousy unreliable service!!!!

user_bf2psq I also use my Xfinity entertainment service for work so if I were in your shoes I would be just as frustrated. We do our best to make sure notice is sent out and updated on our Xfinity App as soon as we are aware of working being completed by any unknown service interruption and if maintenance is being done.
