Frequent Outages

We’ve been here at our current address for 7 years with xFinity Internet the entire time. Only in the last ~2 years the reliability and dependability has become poor. I bought a Starlink service as a backup and find it is significantly more reliable and we find no speed or performance problems with it. We prefer to keep Xfinity but unless they can resolve their service reliably issues very soon, we will drop drop them and use Starlink as our primary ISP.

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to to check it.

I am sorry to hear of the internet issues you have been experiencing, we understand how important the internet is, and want to ensure you also have a reliable connection.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

See  https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.

@XfinityJessW

Why does this have to go private at this point ? That kind of defeats the purpose of a public help forum such as this is, no ?... They haven't even returned yet with an answer to my question...
