Frequent internet disconnects for the last week

For the last week, we have been having frequent internet disconnects. Continuous drops on Teams calls (call remains up but we drop), continuous disconnects from college sessions, unable to login to LinkedIn or Youtube, frequent Youtube messages that we aren't connected to the internet. We have a Motorola MB8600. Xfinity refreshed today and I reset the modem to factory settings. Problems still exist. This is now business and college impacting.

@EG Suggest you do a web search on "RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value". A lot of problems on this in the Xfinity forums. Usually a bad cable connection. We've had a lot of Xfinity trucks as well as Asplundh cutting branches in prep for winter in our area recently and I suspect there is a bad connection somewhere on the street distribution side.

I'd like to say I know what happened but I don't. I had a tech scheduled for tomorrow. Despite the insistence by Xfinity that they couldn't access my cable modem (which is mine), I logged into it today after pinging google.com and receiving time outs to find that 'someone' had accessed my Motorola modem and reset the logs and connections. Keep in mind I reset the modem to factory defaults on Sep 3rd as shown in the log above. Earlier today, I looked at the logs and the System Up time was 5 days 10h:53m:35s and there were thousands of uncorrected errors on all downstream channels. A few hours later, the pings no longer showed time outs and I logged into the modem again. The connections all showed 0 uncorrected errors and the logs were edited to show Critical events going back to Aug 30th. Most notably, the System Up Time was now 0 days 01h:40m:32s. Someone has clearly been working on things so I have no answer on what exactly was corrected if everything is now fixed (TBD).

@EG, @XfinityAlyssaA We just had a tech out and he found nothing wrong nor did he see any time outs during his internet tests. He did replace two connections. Not 10 minutes after he left, we lost internet again twice. I connected my laptop directly to my cable modem and ran a ping script. 10-13 minutes later started seeing time outs. I know he didn't run his tests for that length of time. Very frustrated.
