Fortnite Ping
Two days ago my Fortnite ping was 0, as of today it has jumped to 37. I have the same settings on everything, 1000mps xfinity plan, and am connected via an ethernet cable. My son is very unhappy and I don't know how to fix this. Please help!

Hello @user_0f28c4 we do appreciate you reaching out for support with your connection. When it comes to online gaming, typically anything under 20 ping is considered exceptional when it comes to your connection and should help provide a great gaming experience. An average, strong, connection can range anywhere from 50 - 100 ping, and normally you would only run into issues if your ping goes above 150 or higher as you then may start to experience lag at that point. Since you mentioned that your ping is relatively low and within ideal ranges, that shouldn't be causing you issues. Can you please provide more information on what issues you are running into when trying to play? Are you experiencing a slow connection? Is the connection cutting in and out?

Hey did you ever have a fix i have the same exact issue used to be 0 ping and now im at 25-30
