firestick

I have two fieresticks, one logs onto the xfinity hotspot, the other will let me put in my e-mail but does not advance to allow me to put in my password and it freezes.  The same firestick works fine using my phone for a hotspot?

Hey there, user_z8s55p, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Firesticks. Are the Firesticks in the same area of the home? Which type of hotspot are you attempting to connect to?

one firestick is connected to the same TV that lets me use the installed HULU no problem.  The other firestick is approximately 40 feet away.

Thank you for those additional details @user_z8s55p. Have you done any troubleshooting on the Firestick that is freezing? Can you confirm that the software for the Firestick is fully updated?
