Extremely slow gig internet

This issue still hasn't been fixed.  I was originally told it would be fixed in April, then June, then August etc.  Now I'm being told November.  Basically, the area is over subscribed and because I live in a poor neighborhood and I'm the only gig customer, they're in no hurry to repair it.  Today, my internet hit .01 Mbps.  Constant drops every evening.  It's pretty bad.  But there's really nothing I can do.  I might end up going with StarLink if it gets pushed past November.  I'm still working with a Corporate rep, but still no fix.  Very disappointed as this has been ongoing for about a year now. 

If anyone has any recommendations for how to get this fixed, please let me know!
