Extremely High Internet Data Usage
Hello, I have been wit Comcast/Xfinity for over 10 years. To my knowledge I have not exceeded the 1.2 TB usage. But last month, I went over 1.8 TB. I have been averaging around 500 GB or less. This month (October 3 today), I have already used 400+ GB. At this rate, I will be over the 1.2 TB in 9 days. Nothing has changed. I don't stream at all. Please HELP! Thank you.

Hey @azrajiv, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity Internet and usage based billing. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.
With our Xfinity Internet tiers, provides 1.2 terabytes of internet data per month. If you exceed this amount, you'll be charged a fee for each additional 50 GB of data you use. You can track the Internet usage by using the Xfinity App or Usage Meter from the online web portal.
We are not able to see which devices are using any amount of data or what the data is. However, we can go through a few steps such as recommending changing your wireless password in case a device unknown to you is connected and more.
A lot of devices can use data in a little time. Game updates, game downloads, and more can cause a huge sudden increase in data usage. Background downloads and update can also unknowingly. Have you checked all your devices to ensure they are not going through a lot of data?
