Experiencing constant connection drops

I've been a customer for a number of years, and have recently noticed a degradation of service. I work from home, and notably during my last remote video meeting with my manager my internet dropped out 7 times in 30 minutes, making for a very frustrating and frankly career threatening situation. I need this resolved, and quickly, if I'm going to keep this service. 

I have a wifi connection for my laptop, and for the last 2 months this problem has steadily gotten worse. As stated before, I am experiencing drops of service in my Google Meet or other internet based video conferencing calls that affects my work. What I am experiencing seems intermittent, but roughly every 5 minutes I'll have 20 seconds where I lose my connection. This has happened on multiple different sites, notably including several times during my attempt to sign in to xfinity and post this message today. This has also occurred on multiple different devices, including: my wired connected PC, my laptop, and our various phones and tablets.
