Ethernet ports

All 4 of the Ethernet ports in my modem stopped working suddenly, I tried resetting the router and changing the ethernet cable multiple times and it still doesn’t work.

Taking it to your local Xfinity store to be swapped out for another would be the fastest option, or ship it back for free via UPS and have them ship you another one. You can even get *home pickup*.

I am sorry to hear about the issues with the ethernet ports on the modem, I know how frustrating that can be, but you have come to the right place for assistance. It seems like you have tried the basic troubleshooting already, so like @EG mentioned, the best option would be to swap the modem out, either at a store or we can ship one if you would prefer.
