Ethernet ports on XB8 router not working

I'm trying to connect a NAS to my XB8-T router, and there is no connection.  I tried all four ports, and I did a factory reset on the modem.  It's not in bridge mode.  Only one of the ports has any lights on, and it's a solid green light that doesn't change.  I also tried connecting my computer to it and that didn't work either.

I looked at other similar questions, and none of the suggestions fixed the issue:

The solution was to swap it out for a new one at an Xfinity store.

user_9kzm5r Thank you so much for your post for help with the ports on your Xb8. I would test the ports with a device other than your router if possible to ensure there isn't an issue with the device.  After testing the ports if you can get a connection using a device with an ethernet cable connection you may want to see if toggling the bridge modem helps. I would also unplug any other devices you may have connected to the Xb8 till you know the ports you are using are working. I also recommend using a higher-rated ethernet cable like a Cat5 or Cat6. If you do not have any available our Xfinity store location can help out with that.
