Err address unreachable

Hi, after installing new Xfinity router, we are getting err address unreachable for some sites on laptop. I spent 1.5 hrs on chat w agent and still not resolved. Help!

Hello, thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Community Forum! I am sorry to hear after installing your new modem you are having troubles accessing all sites. Is this only occurring from your laptop? What troubleshooting steps have you tried thus far? @user_70059b

It’s the printer and laptop. Printer error references MAC settings on router. We have cleared cache and cookies. Restarted router.  Reset network. Turned off virus protection. Gave agent 3 sites I couldn’t access. Two are secure, one was not. At this point I’m ready to go back to old router.

Thank you for those details @user_70059b. Are you able to access those sites when you are plugged directly into your new Gateway? Also, what color is the light on the top of your gateway.

Hi just letting you know that I took our gateway 8 to the x store. She said there is issue with series 8 and gave me gateway 7. Took it home and no more problem.
