Enable MoCA on xFi Router

I have a new xFi router (Arris TG4482A) and had MoCA enabled on that router.  Recently MoCA suddenly stopped working and all of my TiVo devices stopped working as well.  I have tried enabling MoCA by logging in as admi to my router, going to Connections...MoCA...Enable and saving this configuration, restarting the router, but the red X is still showing.  I found a similar thread on this forum ‎HOW TO ACTIVATE MOCA? | Xfinity Community Forum and he did something to make it work but didn't say what.  Does anyone know how to enable MoCA after setting Enable MoCA in Connections?

@BeeGrn Thanks for reaching out to us, we can look into your equipment issues with you. If you could please send a direct message with your name and complete service address, we can then assist.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
