Hello @user_6no3lr Thanks for reaching out. This could be related to service interruptions in the area. Have you checked to see if these drops are related to work in the area following the steps below?

Hello @user_6no3lr, thanks for letting us know you're still having difficulties.

We would definitely recommend that when this is occurring, you use the Xfinity App to help diagnose the issue.  If you open the app during one of these occurrences, tap the Wi-Fi tab at the bottom, then select Troubleshoot and "Test your whole home network" the app can help diagnose the cause of the issue, and if needed, even schedule a technician.

If you'd like our assistance with investigating this with you, please send us a Direct Message* with your full name and complete service address.  Once we have your account located and verified, we can help dig into this further and work with you toward a resolution.

How to Send Us a Direct Message*:
(*Note: Never send a direct message to us unless requested by us.)

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
