Dual Band Setup
I am paying a premium for the Dual-band setup. However, my 5gHz only appears to be working when looking at my modem (blinking light). I have a Blink security camera and Hatch alarm system that require the 2.4gHz connection. Please assist so I can take advantage of the service offering I am paying.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
